Season, Showcase and Combine Prep Blocks start on December 1st and December 29th
Length: 2-3 hours
For: Developing athletes, ages 12+ or anyone new to structured speed training.
Focus: Understanding mechanics, movement efficiency, and athletic control.
Includes:
In person clinic
Basic acceleration and deceleration drills
Agility, coordination, and posture ttips
Intro to fueling & hydration principles
Small-group or one-on-one sessions
Goal: Establish a baseline for speed, form, and strength and be able to implement 1-2 tweaks for immediate improvement
Length: 3 weeks per block.
Blocks start Dec 1st, followed by Dec 29th.
For: Athletes preparing for a competitive season or showcase/combine testing
Focus: Improve sport-specific speed, acceleration, and agility
Includes:
Baseline Assessment & Testing
Periodized Training Plan designed to peak on goal date (two 3-week blocks recommended)
Progress Tracking & Feedback: mid-program check-ins with performance metrics and adjustments
Strength & Power Integration: optional supplemental weight or plyometric sessions
Recovery & Mobility Protocols: optional active recovery, stretching, and soft tissue strategies
Goal: Preparation for athlete to perform at their best for season openers, combines, or showcases.
Length: Every 4 Weeks (ongoing)
For: Competitive athletes ready to elevate game-speed and explosive output.
Focus: Translating mechanics into measurable performance gains.
Includes:
4 in-person sessions per month (1x/week), with guidance for at-home support drills and exercises.
Detailed sprint timing & metrics
Acceleration + max velocity phase training
Energy system conditioning
Sport-specific speed sessions
Optional supplement & nutrition alignment plan (Add-on service)
